It sounds like your device is not charging!
Here are the things you need to ensure your device is charging- Do NOT plug the card reader into your computer! The USB cable is for charging only, not for communications. Your computer cannot keep the card reader charged
- Instead, plug your device into a quality phone charger like the one we included in the box
- Check that you are using an undamaged USB cable. If you have a phone with USB-C handy, you can try charging your phone with the same cable briefly. If it doesn't charge, then either the cable or the charging block is damaged
- After you start charging, if it turns on and off, press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds to stop it from turning on and off.
- Please allow the device to charge for at least 15 minutes before attempting to start it up. It needs a good charge to start the boot process
