You might not be connected to the internet

Step 1: Tap the for corners of the screen in clockwise order. Tap the upper left, then the upper right, then the lower right, then the lower left.

Step 2: Swipe up from the bottom

Step 3: Open the Settings app

Step 4: Open the Network & Internet section.

Step 5: Tap Wi-Fi.

Step 6: If not connected to wifi, please connect

Step 7: If you are conneted, tap the gear icon network to the network and then tap Forget.

Step 8: Reconnect to the wifi network

Step 9: Reboot the device. Press and hold the button on the right for 5 seconds, and tap Restart.

I got connected and now it's working!

I got connected, but now I'm stuck on a different screen

I am still stuck on Awaiting Connection despite having the correct time set and being connected to wifi
